Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers (red, green, or a mix), sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 inch ginger peeled and grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced flank steak and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add more oil if needed and sauté the garlic, ginger, bell peppers, and onion until slightly softened, about 3-4 minutes.

- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
