Ingredients
- 2 cups sprouted moth beans (matki)
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 2-3 green chilies chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 inch ginger grated
- 2 tablespoons Kolhapuri masala
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 4 cups water
- Oil for cooking

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Saute until they turn translucent.
- Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and green chilies. Cook for a minute.

- Add the sprouted moth beans and salt. Mix well.
- Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the beans are cooked and the curry thickens.
- Adjust the seasoning as needed.
- To serve, ladle the misal into bowls. Top with a dollop of yogurt, chopped onions, farsan, and chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with pav or bread on the side.
