Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts boneless skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
