Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (about 4-5 lbs)
- 4-5 medium-sized potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 onion roughly chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 lemon halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
