Tuna Steak with Pomegranate & Coriander

Method
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice together.
- Brush the tuna steaks with the olive oil mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place the tuna steaks on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned.
- Remove the tuna steaks from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Once the tuna steaks have rested, sprinkle the pomegranate seeds and chopped coriander leaves over the top of each steak.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
