Ingredients
  

  • 2 tuna steaks
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice together.
  3. Brush the tuna steaks with the olive oil mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the tuna steaks on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned.
  5. Remove the tuna steaks from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes.
  6. Once the tuna steaks have rested, sprinkle the pomegranate seeds and chopped coriander leaves over the top of each steak.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
