Veggie pizza is a pizza that is topped with various vegetables instead of meat or other non-vegetarian toppings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper sliced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion sliced
  • 1/4 cup black olives sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and place it on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Add the sliced veggies on top of the cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Slice and serve hot.
