Veggie Pizza

Method
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and place it on a baking sheet.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add the sliced veggies on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve hot.
