Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb turkey breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger minced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, marinate the turkey pieces with soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger. Let it sit for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated turkey to the hot pan and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the turkey from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add more vegetable oil if needed and stir-fry the bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas, and carrots until they are slightly tender but still crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Return the cooked turkey to the pan and stir everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the turkey stir-fry hot over cooked rice or noodles.
  7. Enjoy!
