Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Alaskan Salmon
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice crushed
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced or paste
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons coconut powder

Method
 

  1. Prepare sauce by mixing together ketchup, vinegar, ginger, allspice and garlic.
  2. Add vegetable oil to a pan and bring to medium heat. Add onions and saute until tender. Add all content of canned salmon and then add sauce previously prepared. Next add coconut powder and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Serve with bread, crackers or plain rice.
