Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2-3 dried red chili peppers (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Steamed rice for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed. Stir-fry the garlic, ginger, and dried red chili peppers for about 30 seconds.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the pan and stir-fry until slightly softened.
