Fried green beans

Method
- Wash the green beans and trim off the ends.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another dish, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Dip the green beans in the egg mixture, then coat them in the seasoned flour mixture.
- Carefully drop a few coated green beans into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Fry in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
- Remove the fried green beans with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve the fried green beans hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
