Chicken Alfredo Florentine is a delicious pasta dish made with fettuccine noodles, creamy Alfredo sauce, grilled chicken, and sautéed spinach.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz fettuccine noodles
  • 2 chicken breasts diced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Method
 

  1. Cook the fettuccine noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add the minced garlic and spinach to the skillet. Cook until the spinach is wilted.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and butter. Stir until the sauce is creamy and well combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine noodles to the skillet and toss to coat them in the Alfredo sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with some extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
  8. Enjoy!
