Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • green onions chopped for garnish, optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning mix until well combined.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread the ranch mixture over the top of each chicken breast.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top of the ranch mixture.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top, and return the dish to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Once done, garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
