Bacon Ranch Chicken Bake

Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning mix until well combined.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the ranch mixture over the top of each chicken breast.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top of the ranch mixture.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top, and return the dish to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once done, garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
