Chicken Tarragon Pasta Salad

Method
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Let it cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken, chopped tarragon, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld together.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
