Method
- In a bowl, mix together the ground pork or chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper and fold to form wontons. Set aside.
- In a large pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a simmer. Add the curry powder and coconut milk, stirring to combine. Let simmer for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Add the wontons to the broth and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the wontons are cooked through.
- In a separate pot, cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and divide among 4 bowls.
- Ladle the curry broth and wontons over the noodles in each bowl.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and cilantro.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
