Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken breast cooked shredded or cubed
  • 2 pounds fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (10.5 ounces)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Steam the broccoli florets until they are tender-crisp. Set them aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Place the cooked chicken in an even layer at the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  5. Arrange the steamed broccoli florets on top of the chicken.
  6. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and broccoli, spreading it evenly.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and melted butter until well combined. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the casserole.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
  9. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
