- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- Shape the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
- Place the balls onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the balls are baking, prepare the salad by mixing together the watercress and sliced radishes in a bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and olive oil to make the dressing.
- Once the lamb balls are done, remove them from the oven and let them sit for a few minutes.
- Serve the lamb balls on top of the watercress, sliced onion and radish salad, drizzled with the lemon and olive oil dressing. Enjoy!
