- 1 medium cauliflower head cut into small florets
- 1 green bell pepper cut into thin strips
- 1 red bell pepper cut into thin strips

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. When the seeds start to splutter, add onion, garlic, and ginger.
- Sauté the onion mixture until it turns golden brown.
- Add turmeric, coriander powder, and garam masala. Stir well for a minute.
- Add the cauliflower florets and cook for 5 minutes until the cauliflower becomes tender.
- Then add the bell peppers and salt to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes until the bell peppers become tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
