Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken about 4–5 pounds
- 10 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 onion quartered

- Roast the chicken for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the thickest part of the chicken reaches 165°F.
