  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Vanilla stevia drops or preferred sweetener, to taste
  • fresh berries as desired (or alternatively, nuts & cinnamon, to taste)
  • mint to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix chia seeds with chosen milk, stirring well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • When ready to serve, add sweetener to taste and desired toppings.
