Method
- In a pot, combine the palm fruit extract with water and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for about 30 minutes until the oil floats to the top.
- Add in the assorted meat, stockfish, dried fish, chopped onion, ground crayfish, pepper, seasoning cubes, and salt. Cover and let it cook for about 45 minutes to 1 hour until the meat is tender.
- Add the vegetables and let it cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve hot with your choice of starch.
- Enjoy!
