  • 1 lbs assorted meat (beef, goat meat, or poultry)
  • 2 cups stockfish and dried fish
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 teaspoons ground crayfish
  • 2 tablespoons ground pepper
  • 2 seasoning cubes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a pot, combine the palm fruit extract with water and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for about 30 minutes until the oil floats to the top.
  • Add in the assorted meat, stockfish, dried fish, chopped onion, ground crayfish, pepper, seasoning cubes, and salt. Cover and let it cook for about 45 minutes to 1 hour until the meat is tender.
  • Add the vegetables and let it cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
