- 3 1/2 pounds chicken wings keep tips on
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 teaspoons ground cloves
- 1 can tomato sauce ~28 oz.
- 3 cans tomato soup ~ 10.75 oz.
- 8 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper taste
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together tomato sauce and tomato soup. Seasoned with cayenne, garlic, bay leaves, cloves. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.Place wings in a baking pan and pour tomato mixture over wings. Spoon sauce over wings to evenly coat them.
- Cover with foil paper and bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F and bake for about 1 1/2 hour or until juices run clear from meat.
- Serve with rice
