Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and rosemary to create a paste.
- Rub the garlic and herb paste all over the pork roast, making sure to coat it evenly.
- Place the pork roast in a roasting pan and pour the broth into the pan.
- Cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil and place it in the oven.
- Roast the pork for about 2-3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium doneness.
- Once cooked, remove the pork roast from the oven and let it rest for about 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
