Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 lb pork roast (shoulder or loin)
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or vegetable broth

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and rosemary to create a paste.
  3. Rub the garlic and herb paste all over the pork roast, making sure to coat it evenly.
  4. Place the pork roast in a roasting pan and pour the broth into the pan.
  5. Cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil and place it in the oven.
  6. Roast the pork for about 2-3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium doneness.
  7. Once cooked, remove the pork roast from the oven and let it rest for about 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
