Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
To assemble the lasagna, spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Place 3 lasagna noodles on top.
Spread half of the chicken mixture over the noodles, followed by half of the ricotta cheese mixture.
Repeat the layers - Alfredo sauce, noodles, chicken mixture, ricotta mixture.
Finish with a final layer of noodles, Alfredo sauce, and the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let the lasagna rest for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
