- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and bring to a simmer. Add the cornstarch slurry and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the sesame chicken over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
