Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup fontina cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup Asiago cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to desired thickness and place it on a pizza pan.
  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
  4. Mix all four cheeses together and sprinkle them over the tomato sauce.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle fresh basil over the top.
  8. Slice and serve hot!
