- 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined

- Pour in the seafood or chicken broth and white wine (if using). Bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Add the dried thyme, salt, and pepper to the pot. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Add the shrimp, white fish, and mussels to the pot. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the mussels have opened.
- Discard any mussels that do not open.
- Serve the seafood stew in bowls, garnished with chopped fresh parsley. Enjoy with crusty bread for dipping!
