Quickly rehydrate dried shiitake mushrooms. –
Bought these mushrooms specifically to make hot and sour soup. They're perfect for the purpose and am happy with the quality of the product. I found that soaking them overnight in the refrigerator is a far better rehydration method than using the hot water method.
