It's Old Bay. What negative thing can you say about it? Nothing.This is OLD BAY seasoning. You can add it to fish, crabs and just about anything you cook if you like that flavor. It really is the best seafood seasoning.

The perfect seasoning for so many dishes and brings the flavor of Maryland to my mouthOh my, who does not love old bay! I put this on chicken, I use it in breading for fish, or shrimp. I make my own homemade vegetable soup with Frozen mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes, onions and celery, a bit of cayenne salt and pepper and of course old bay! You cannot have a decent vegetable soup without my favorite Old Bay! It's not just for seafood. We've even put it on French fries and homemade potato chips. The flavor is fantastic. It has the right amount of spices in it and it's not spicy. It's just absolutely perfect. I grew up near Maryland all the time. And if you've ever worked in restaurants in Maryland you know that they don't do anything without old bay. Everything from all you can eat crab, soups and stews especially Maryland she crab soup, and of course Maryland crab cakes and Marilyn fried Chicken even! It's a decent size container so it's well worth the money because it lasts in my spice cabinet even though I use it a lot. Old Bay is always in my cabinet. And of course if I get very low instead of having an anxiety attack, I use Amazon to deliver it straight to my door. What could be better?
