I wouldnโt say Iโm a huge tuna guy or eat it often, but itโs a good mix-in when lunch meat starts to feel tired. These 5 oz cans are practical: 20g of protein, 90 calories, and a mild flavor that works in salads, sandwiches, or straight with crackers. The pull-tab lids open cleanly, and the 8-pack stacks neatly in my fridge organizerโa small detail I really appreciate.
And yet, every time I see a can of this stuff, I canโt help but flash back to Jessica Simpson having her mind blown over whether it was chicken or tuna.
