Great Garlic FlavorThis stuff is great. Since its dried the allium in it is not active to its not hot. You only get the sweetness and flavor of the garlic without the heat. I put it in almost everything. I add it on top of meat especially pork and chicken. It gives a wonderful sweet crunch. Definitely give it a try on your garlic toast!

Wonderful garlic flavor. Have used both dehydrated and hydrated. Either way there is still a strong garlic taste. 5he seal on the bottle is strong and sure.

This works great. It’s such a great value. I couldn’t believe how cheap it was. Even my husband told me how glad he was that I got it and how good it works. It works really good if you soak it in hot water for a little bit before you use it. It really brings out the flavor of it. Garlic is so expensive, and sometimes you don’t want the powder. That’s when this minced garlic works so good. When your cooking with it your house smells amazing.

Love it. I just soak it in a little water to reconstitute and use like fresh garlic. No more garlic go rotting and sprouting. I share this with my family and friends and they all love it. Will get more soon.

Delicious, and smells fantastic too!As a garlic lover, and someone who wishes to use less salt, I've switched over to using dried minced garlic in a lop of my recipes.
It's delicious and crispy on salads, fantastic on pasta, and really works well to make garlic bread! I've even sprinkled it on scrambled eggs and I could not be happier. I've been using garlic powder in the past, but it just didn't have enough flavor. Then I discovered these chips and it's such a great bargain that I can see buying a jug every couple months! 🙂
