Best Organic Almond Flour I Have FoundThis is by far the best almond flour that I have found. On top of how great it is, this flower is also organic which is nearly impossible to find in stores. I have been gluten-free for over 10 years due to a developed allergy and trying to cook with gluten free flour is always a bit difficult. Almond flour has such a different texture and is usually incredibly dense. This almond flour is far closer to the texture that I look for and it always arrives fresh. It is ground incredibly fine which makes it wonderful for baking. It is a little pricey, given that it comes in a smaller bag and how quickly you are likely to go through it. Overall, though I have found that it is worth the money that you pay.
