If you have never tried this Mexican vanilla you have to order it now. I have used it since 2017. I won’t bake with anything else. The price is amazing and your baked goods will have such an amazing taste with this added. Just try it one time in a cookie or cake recipe and see for yourself. I buy it for all three of my children for when they bake as well.

This product gives my cookies & cakes a sweet vanilla flavor. I noticed that when I added it to my royal icing, the finished product had an off-white color. This is not unusual with pure vanilla extract, but the particular shade of cream color that resulted could not be covered by white food coloring. This is only an issue when I make large batches of white as a base for my sugar cookies. Would definitely buy again 🙂

This is a great value for the money! I love the strong smell when you open the bottle and the state definitely comes through in my baked goods. This is definitely a higher quality product than your normal vanilla extracts. Are there better vanillas out there for purchase? Yes, but for the price this is accessable to most household bakers and I highly recommend Molina because its made with quality ingredients and makes a big difference in the flavor of your baked goods.
