Method
- Heat ghee in a pan over low heat.
- Add besan to the pan and roast it on low heat, stirring continuously until it turns golden brown and you can smell a nutty aroma (about 10-15 minutes).
- Once besan is roasted, remove the pan from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, chopped nuts, and raisins to the roasted besan mixture.
- Mix everything well until combined.
- Allow the mixture to cool down a bit so you can handle it.
- Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round laddu balls using your hands.
- Repeat the process until all the mixture is used up.
- Allow the laddu balls to cool completely before serving.
- Enjoy!
