Chicken Fettuccine

Method
- Cook the fettuccine noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked fettuccine noodles to the skillet and toss to coat them in the creamy sauce.
- Serve the Chicken Fettuccine hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
