  • 12 oz fettuccine noodles
  • 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional garnish)

Method
 

  1. Cook the fettuccine noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine noodles to the skillet and toss to coat them in the creamy sauce.
  7. Serve the Chicken Fettuccine hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
