Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 head cabbage thinly shredded
  • 2 carrots grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and grated carrots.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, and toss until well coated.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Give it a final toss before serving.
  6. Enjoy!
