Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe tomatoes diced

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, jalapeño pepper, cilantro, and minced garlic.
  2. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and stir well to combine.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. For a milder salsa, remove the seeds from the jalapeño pepper before adding it to the mixture.
  5. Let the salsa sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  6. Serve the salsa with tortilla chips or as a topping for your favorite dishes.
