Ingredients
Base
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter softened
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 1 egg yolk or half an egg
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup all-purpose flour + 2 tbsp
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp white chocolate or dark chocolate chips, optional
