- 4 cups seafood broth
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced

- 12 large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 8 small squid cleaned and sliced into rings
- 1/2 lb mussels cleaned
- 1/2 lb clams cleaned

- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Heat some olive oil in a large paella pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add the red bell pepper and tomato, cook for a few minutes until softened.

- Pour in the seafood broth, add the saffron threads, and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Arrange the shrimp, squid, mussels, clams, and peas on top of the rice.
