Ingredients
Method
- In a bowl, combine the flour and salt. Slowly add the warm water and knead the dough until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In a skillet, cook the ground meat and onion until browned. Add the chopped herbs and season with salt, pepper, and any other spices you like.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin circles.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each circle and fold over to form a half-moon shape. Press the edges to seal.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the gutab on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with yogurt, Kükü or a side salad.
- Enjoy!
