Method
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned.
- Add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the onion is soft and translucent.
- Stir in the dried shrimp and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the tomatoes and cook until they start to break down and release their juices.
- Add the potato leaves and water. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and let simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potato leaves are tender and the flavors have melded together.
- Serve the Ravimbomanga sy patsamena over cooked rice.
- Enjoy!
