Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb mixed seafood (such as shrimp, squid, and mussels)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 Thai bird’s eye chilies chopped (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup fresh holy basil leaves
  • Sliced red bell pepper (optional)
  • Cooked jasmine rice for serving

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add garlic and chilies, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the mixed seafood and stir-fry until cooked through.
  4. Stir in oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
  5. Add holy basil leaves and sliced red bell pepper, if using. Stir-fry for another minute.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  7. Serve hot over cooked jasmine rice.
  8. Enjoy!
