Ingredients
Method
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add garlic and chilies, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the mixed seafood and stir-fry until cooked through.
- Stir in oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
- Add holy basil leaves and sliced red bell pepper, if using. Stir-fry for another minute.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve hot over cooked jasmine rice.
- Enjoy!
