Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Four Cheese Tortellini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish, optional

Method
 

  1. Cook the Four Cheese Tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Add the cooked tortellini to the pan and toss to coat them in the creamy sauce.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  7. Serve the Four Cheese Tortellini hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves if desired.
