Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and vegetable broth. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add tofu cubes and stir-fry until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add bok choy, mushrooms, carrots, water chestnuts, and bamboo shoots. Stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and tofu. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
