Stir-fried cabbage and chicken gizzard
Ingredients
Method
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken gizzards to the skillet and cook until they are browned and cooked through.
- Add sliced cabbage to the skillet and stir-fry for a few minutes until the cabbage starts to wilt.
- Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing everything together well.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
