Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs chicken gizzards cleaned and sliced
  • 1 head cabbage medium thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional for spice)
  • Green onions chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken gizzards to the skillet and cook until they are browned and cooked through.
  4. Add sliced cabbage to the skillet and stir-fry for a few minutes until the cabbage starts to wilt.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing everything together well.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  7. Continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
