Fried chicken livers

Method
- Rinse the chicken livers under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Dredge the chicken livers in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess.
- Carefully place the chicken livers in the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
- Fry the chicken livers for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the fried chicken livers from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
