Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken livers
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Rinse the chicken livers under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Dredge the chicken livers in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess.
  5. Carefully place the chicken livers in the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
  6. Fry the chicken livers for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove the fried chicken livers from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
